Once again we were blessed with good weather and competitive golf. It’s remarkable that in 22 years we have only had a little bit of rain of on this day about five years ago, so long may it continue says Peter Aspinall from SBS Conferences who have been organsing this day from inception.
We hosted two stableford competitions with the PGA Individuals prize being won by PGA professional Ben Fouchee with 38 points and the team prize going to a very deserving team Rectron team 4 of Jacques Olivier, Roan Malherbe, Izak Ferreira, and Brent Kirsten on a creditable 93 points.
Runners up on 89 points were Rectron team 1 of GJ Janse van Rensberg, Charles Terhoeven, Brand Olivier and Dan Heyns with third place going to ICDL entering a team for the first time of Jonathan Miller, Peter Davies, Graeme Huddy and Jonathan Jacobson.

And last but not least to Durbanville Golf Club, rapidly becoming one of the best maintained courses in the Western Cape.
