The past month has seen several references and allegations around potentially unethical behaviour on the part of ICT systems solutions providers and administrators. It is unfortunate that the actions of a few can potentially tarnish the image of the many professionals who work tirelessly, professionally and ethically across the country. Worse, unethical or unprofessional conduct can negatively impact individuals, businesses and entire economies, and could cost people their lives.
As the voice of the ICT sector and the champion of ICT professionalism in South Africa, IITPSA has issued statements on these matters. We continue striving to bring home the importance of ethical conduct among our members and the broader ICT sector. |
