It’s that time of year again, when people in Gauteng tend to get stressed. Projects need to be completed, but some are not there yet. You have so much to do and so little time. Even the small jobs seem to take hours. Dr. Petrie Joubert will talk about how stress builds up and the damage it can do to your health.  He will show you how your bodies systems are influenced.
