Topic: Designing Change Approaches to Enable Digital Transformation
–
Abstract:
–
In the face of innovative technology start ups established businesses are reviewing their strategies to remain relevant and competitive in the future. Traditional operating models are no longer relevant to enable businesses to respond to increasing competition and new market opportunities.
–
Digital is now the predominant driver of business transformation among leading companies. Organisational change is a critical enabler of the business transformation journey. However, ‘a one size fits all’ incremental change methodologies and frameworks cannot deliver the rapid system, process and people transformation that businesses need to respond to customer needs and capitalize on opportunities for growth.
–
Nicola will discuss how Design Thinking provides for innovative customised solutions to support business and organisational leaders to achieve change in iterative incremental ways that enable organisations to realise change more quickly.
