Quality Assuring Quality Engineering: an IITPSA SiGIST Event, 21 October 2021

As most software companies move towards agile development practices, emphasis has been put on employing Automators over traditional Test Analysts and focussing testing efforts on quality-engineering practises. We’re definitely improving our engineering capability – making sure we are automating features. We’re also ensuring that we have established automated regression packs and we are developing automated deployment pipelines. But who is ensuring that there is actually quality in our quality engineering practices?

Presenter Frankie Seegers is a born and bred South African, Quality Assurance advocate. Frankie is the Co-owner and Solutions Director for QoT Solutions. She spends her time working on people, process and technology solutions for their clients. In her spare time she works on people, process and technology solutions for her clients…and then does some climbing with her daughter.
