As more and more companies head towards Agile and DevOps and blur the lines between development, testing and operations, we look to reconnecting with our roots and bringing the passion back into testing and quality assurance by exploring the mindset of testers in today’s world.

Starting his career in software testing and quality assurance in March of 2012, Akshaye began as a Functional and Automation Tester and over the years has had the chance to learn from the likes of Rex Black and Michael Bolton which have evolved him to an all-round QA Test Lead. Akshaye has always had a passion for people and that has lead him to explore the Agile Coaching and Training side of the IT industry and with his experience topped up with his passion for constant growth, he has also been able to empower people that work with or around him.
