Why be a “Leading Employer?”

Employee turnover costs organisations millions of Rand each year as does lost productivity as a consequence of employee turnover.  More than half of this turnover is not necessary and is controllable or can be mitigated.  Employee Engagement is a clear lead indicator as to where there are issues and therefore an increased probability of turnover.

  2. Get all your IT employees to complete the short, online survey.
  3. Wait for the result!

It’s as simple as that.  No additional work for you or the HR department.  Just get the employees to complete the survey.  It’s quick and easy, so won’t take much of their time.
