Call for Papers – AMECSE 2014

Africa and Middle East Conference on Software Engineering, AMECSE 2014, is planned to initiate the first forum in the region for practitioners and researchers to present and share the most recent innovations, trends, experiences and concerns in the field of software engineering and its role in growing and sustaining economy in the region. The main theme of the first edition (AMECSE 2014) is Software Innovation for Sustainable Economy.
Contributions are welcomed in topics related to software innovation policies and ecosystems, software economics, and advances in new and emerging technologies and their impact on society and economic growth. Submission is open for high quality, original and unpublished papers of all types of work, including industrial, empirical, theoretical, tool-oriented, and conceptual. A special focus will be given to contributions that discuss challenges, barriers, and opportunities for exploiting software technologies and best practice in the region. AMECSE specifically promote papers addressing deployment of the latest innovations in software engineering technologies and practices as well as work discussing policies and business models for software innovation stimulating entrepreneurship.We encourage you to contribute and share your work in one or more of the conference tracks. Submissions requirements, guidelines, and eligibility conditions are elaborated in call for contribution of each track. Four main tracks will form the first edition of AMECSE; Industrial Papers /Technical Research, Formal Demonstrations, Posters and Tutorials.
