As a professional body, IITPSA endeavours to apply fairly and consistently all our criteria related to the processing and assessment of membership and critical skills applications.
However, any applicant or member has the right to appeal a decision made by the IITPSA in respect of membership applications or critical skills assessments.
This can be done by logging in to your online profile and submitting an application for appeal within 7 days.
The Appeal should include the following:
- A written statement detailing the decision being appealed, and the grounds for the appeal.
- All supporting documentation related to the appeal.
- The IITPSA Membership Number and / or Critical Skills Assessment Number (if these have been issued). This will be picked up from your online profile.
The Appeal will be reviewed (which process may include requesting further information) and once concluded, the member / applicant informed of the outcome thereof.
