This is a notice of the 2018 / 2019 Annual General Meeting of members of the KwaZulu-Natal Chapter of IITPSA NPC (Institute of Information Technology Professionals South Africa) – (a Non Profit Company in terms of the Companies Act 71 of 2008), registration number 1958/001036/08, which will be held at the ICONIS Boardroom, Suite 802, 8th Floor, Strauss Daly Place, 41 Richefond Circle, Umhlanga Ridge, 4320 at 17:45 for 18:00 on Thursday 25 April 2019.
