This session is designed to assist software testers to carry out paradigm shifts in their mindset about Software Testing and the Software Tester’s role. The session will hopefully help attendees to set the practical standards for the future of the software testing profession.

Baris has around 20 years of experience as an information systems professional. He is highly experienced in DevOps, Agile, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Business Analysis, Usability, User Experience (UX), Quality Assurance and Software Testing. Baris also has diverse experience spanning several industries, including telecommunications, defense, banking and finance, semiconductor manufacturing, and aviation, working in several different countries, across the world.. He has written articles and papers on software development, quality assurance, and software testing, and is the author of two books. He regularly attends international and national conferences as a speaker, panelist, moderator, and contributor. Currently, he is the managing partner of TesterYou, where he holds the responsibilities of delivering test consultancy, outsourced test management, and software testing training.”
