SIGiST Event – All you ever wanted to know about Security Testing – 25 November 2015

Abstract:

For our last event for this year, we will be discussing security topics in a panel discussion format. We are co-hosting this event between ISC² Gauteng and SIGiST.

This is your chance to engage with some of the most experienced security professionals in our community.

Topics could include:

• How do I implement Security Governance?
• What is ethical hacking?
• What security tools are popular?
• How do I test my organisational security?
• What do I do if I get breached?
• How do I raise budget for the security in my organisation?

The format of this event is as follows:-

5.30pm – 5.50pm  – Introduction to SIGIST and ISC² Gauteng
5.50pm – 6.30pm – Panellist forum tackling the questions raised
6.30pm – 6.40pm – Panellist Forum addressing open questions
6.40pm – 6.45pm – Closing statements
