TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION AT THE IITPSA CHAPTER ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING VIA ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION

• In order to participate in the IITPSA 2020/2021 Western Cape Chapter AGM, the Participant confirms that s/he is an IITPSA member in good standing.
• The participating IITPSA member consents to the processing of his / her personal information above for the purpose of participation in the general meeting.
• The cost of dialling in using a telecommunication line/webcast/web-streaming to participate in the IITPSA Chapter annual general meeting is for the expense of the IITPSA member and will be billed separately by the member’s own telephone / internet service provider.
• The participating member acknowledges that the telecommunication lines/webcast/web-streaming are provided by a third party and indemnifies IITPSA and/or its third party service providers against any loss, injury, damage, penalty or claim arising in any way from the use or possession of the telecommunication lines/webcast/web-streaming, whether or not the problem is caused by any act or omission on the part of the Participant or anyone else. In particular, but not exclusively, the Participant acknowledges that he/she will have no claim against IITPSA, and/or its third party service providers, whether for consequential damages or otherwise, arising from the use of the telecommunication lines/webcast/web-streaming or any defect in it or from total or partial failure of the telecommunication lines/webcast/web-streaming and connections linking the telecommunication lines/webcast/web-streaming to the IITPSA Chapter annual general meeting.
• Once the member has received the AGM meeting link and passcode, the onus to safeguard this information remains with the member.
• The application to participate will only be deemed successful if the online application form has been fully completed and acceptance of the terms and conditions has been undertaken and the form has been submitted electronically.
• The participating member understands and confirms that clicking on the "Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions" button below is equivalent to having physically signed this registration and participation form and accepting all the Terms and Conditions as stipulated herein.
