• Negotiated R190 mil in licensing & supporting service costs;
• Re-defined an ICT Operating model for Group Technology, incl. addition of CoE (Salesforce) and Platform (CRM, Payments, Integration, Marketing, Field Sales & Service, Billing, Data & Analytics, Digital);
• Drove an Internal cost-optimization programme of R125m savings realized YoY;
• Architected a global Digital transformation target technology stack, and design of the ongoing legacy decommissioning strategy;
• Designed the target Core banking blueprint, digital transition plan and roadmap spanning 14 countries.
