Abstract:   While there have been numerous presentations over the past few years about the contents of the POPI Act, very few have discussed the practical aspects of a successful compliance project and lessons learned from real-world South African case studies. That is about to change. This presentation will explore four organisations and “Why and How” they decided to get to grips with POPI Act compliance.
