Speakers
Gail Sturgess is the founder and CEO of TalentAlign, and has been working with Career Paths and Skills Frameworks for the past 10 years. She is a Fellow and Professional Member of IITPSA, and a member of SABPP.
Moira de Roche is an Independent Consultant, specialising in Learning and Business Strategy. She too is a Fellow and Professional Member of IITPSA, and the IITPSA representative to IFIP IP3.
