Sandy’s roles through her career have included (but not limited to) Software Design and Development, Program Directing, Chief Information Officer, Head of Technology Transformation and Adoption, Cloud and Strategic Change, Transformation Lead and Technology Risk officer. Sandy has an enviable track record of directing organisations through their Technology change in order to ensure they remain innovative, disruptive and abreast of every changing technology required in order to satisfy customer needs and remaining competitive in the market. Her success has been underpinned by sustainable financial results through cost efficiencies and stringent risk and Security management.

 

Renowned for success in the interpretation of the Business Strategy into a Technology Strategy which drives future systems thinking as well as organisational financial well being, Sandy has with her teams, managed complex software development projects and successful deployments to ensure business benefits are met.

 

Sandy has an extensive knowledge and experience across Risk framework development and embedment, compliance and regulatory alignment and enabling a mature Cyber security posture, which enables her to ensure that transformation and growth is underpinned by strong governance and risk management.

 

Sandy is experienced in leading and managing teams of various sizes, diversity, expertise and skill levels, using clear Key performance indicators, communication, training and assistance to ensure the teams reach the maximum output potential while ensuring professionalism and quality of work placing customer and colleagues first.

Sandy enjoys her hobbies as much as her career and has taken on various challenges. Some of her highlights are her multiple walks into the Himalayas where she summited Island peak at 6985m and walked to Everest base camp. She has climbed Kilimanjaro and has achieved multiple 21km marathons. She returned this month from India, where she walked into the Valley of the Flowers in Ghangharia.
